ROOTS FAMILY ENRICHMENT PROGRAM

Roots takes place on Tuesday evenings in Nooksack, and Thursday evenings in Bellingham. SPRING QUARTER STARTS April 9th (Nooksack) and April 11th (Bellingham)

Parenting Class: Rebound’s Roots Parenting Enrichment classes are for families that are facing difficult life circumstances and parents looking to develop family building skills. We offer support groups and supplemental educational classes on topics like financial literacy, parenting skills, and healthy living. Parents have the opportunity to connect on a deeper level with their families.
Classes are offered in English and Spanish
Nursery care is provided

Kids Groups:  Rebound's Roots Kids Groups are a safe and encouraging place for elementary and middle school kids who are facing difficult life challenges as a result of divorce, behavioral challenges, foster/adoption issues, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, poverty and neglect.  Kids are taught the life skills necessary to understand, talk about, and cope with what is happening in their lives in healthy, positive ways.  Kids meet at the same time as parent groups

RAY OF HOPE SUMMER DAY PROGRAM

JULY 1 - AUGUST 2,2019 @ HAPPY VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL  (DUE TO SNOW DAYS, THE START DATE FOR CAMP HAS CHANGED!!)

Ray of Hope 2019 is a five-week summer day program unlike any other – offering arts and crafts, recreation, field trips, and artistic enrichment.  Ray of Hope strives to introduce empowering social and behavioral skills through story and relationship.

Attending the entire five weeks, Ray of Hope is for kids who most need, yet seldom experience, a holistic, well-staffed, fun and safe summer!
